Because we take the security of any online payments with the utmost importance, we have chosen to partner with Square in order to process all our online bookings. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKING

Our secure online booking system will be live on 1 January 2028 live and will allow you to register and book your Wroxton registration and accommodation packages online, the link for this can be found above. All the meal packages are now automatically included within your registration package, and you will have a choice of taking just a registration package with no accommodation, or a registration package which includes accommodation within Wroxton college. Accommodation will be in single, double, or twin-bedded rooms, the majority of which are ensuite. Double and twin rooms are based on two people sharing. Availability is limited on these rooms, so please book early if you require accommodation within the college. Additional accommodation packages that include arriving one day early and departing one day later can also be added to your order.

Because of previous last minute cancellations we had to change the terms and conditions of booking. You may book your package at any time and will be allowed to cancel with a refund of your payment less a £75 administration charge up to 14 days prior to the start of the conference.

With regards the 2026 conference any cancellations after the 10 July 2026 will result in NO REFUND. The last date for booking any accommodation or registering for a non accommodation package is 14 days before the start of the conference (10 July 2026). Please be aware when making your booking that the visa administration process for delegates arriving from abroad can be complex and lengthy and you must make sure you apply for visa’s in good time.

The lack of a visa and cancellation due to not having a visa will not negate the above cancellation policy.

Please be aware that the completion of the registration form DOES NOT secure any accommodation at Wroxton. This form is only an acknowledgement of interest to attend our Workshop. Accommodation can only be secured when paid for in advance, and we strongly advise all delegates to book and pay for accommodation packages ASAP after the registration process is completed. The demand for these packages always exceeds the number of rooms we have available.

TWIN ROOM PACKAGE (BASED ON TWO PEOPLE SHARING) £840

TWIN ROOM PACKAGE: Includes registration for the Wroxton Workshop, accommodation on the Friday and Saturday evening, Friday afternoon tea/coffee, Friday dinner, breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday, lunch on the Saturday and Sunday, Gala dinner on the Saturday, tea / coffee at intervals during the workshop.
